Vegetarian Food Smoking Course

Come on our special vegetarian food smoking day.

Instead of smoking the traditional meat, poultry and fish - on our vegetarian day we will be smoking only food suitable for vegetarians.

Yes, we will smoke some sausages but they will be vegetarian sausages.  We will also be smoking some vegetarian cheeses.

But there is more....

Along with the hot smoked sausages and cold smoked cheese we will smoke onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, eggs a variety of nuts, olives and we might even smoke some tofu.
